If you've got a craft store near you, go look for a UV resin pen kit. It's not a particularly pretty fix but it can delay the multi-hundred-dollar bill by a few months.

On top of that shit I'm already pulling triple duty as scrum master for two teams and a dev for a third. In order to meet my KPIs and not get put on a PIP I've been working 14+ hour days starting at 4am, for ~2.5 years now.
