A friend gave us fresh celery from their garden and I needed to make soup with it.

I haven't found any mention of cuts to Canada Council of the Arts, and I have looked. But there are a lot of appendices and I might have missed it.

I don't know if creative writing, fiction, poetry, etc will fit under the umbrella of editorial content... it could be really bad for lit journals.
