If anyone has any advice or experience with this, I'd appreciate it. It's been a rough time transitioning back into the semester.
Still, I remind myself that community takes time to unfold. I’m trusting that the right people will appear in time. For now, I’m soaking in the joy of living in this world of words and ideas, even when it’s a little lonely. This work is worth it but this is supremely hard.

I thought connections would naturally form through school or shared interests. Instead, it’s been a slow, quiet process. I love this work deeply, but the solitude that sometimes comes with it is real. It’s hard to feel at home without people to share it with.
