I have been voted staff member "most likely to become president" by the seniors at my school. On the one hand, it's nice to be thought of. On the other hand, if they've been paying attention in class, what are they saying about me?!?

Today I showed my students a photo of Obama throwing out the first pitch at a game in his White Sox jacket. Not one student could identify the team. And when I told them, one student had the nerve to say, "Don't you mean the Red Sox?" #DoBetter

Today, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez proposed a new task for to look at electoral reforms which could break up the two party system in Congress, expand the number of House districts, and move the House to a form of proportional representation.
