Tonight’s ABC News: flooding on the East Coast, tornadoes in the Midwest, tsunami in Alaska, Grand Canyon on fire, 100+° heat wave incoming, and a plane hijacked to draw attention to climate change. Honestly, that hijacking wasn’t necessary.

In a functioning democracy, these comments alone would be grounds for impeachment.

Does anyone remember this?

In 1994, Ukraine surrendered the world’s 3rd largest nuclear arsenal in exchange for security assurances from Russia, the U.S., and the U.K. (Budapest Memorandum). In 2014, Russia invaded Crimea, violating the deal. No real consequences.
