US Healthcare under the Republican't repeal and do nothing House and Senate is a complete disaster and cruelty is the point.

I work full time and pay $1500/month for commercial insurance as a freelancer and thousands more every year for deductibles, copays etc not covered by insurance

Here's one of my tbr piles to show where my brain lives. I think there is a book about a British governess moving to teach in a Wyoming frontier town and women's suffrage brewing in my brain.

I'm a radical believer that we are all in this together.

The color of our skin, the place of our birth, what we worship, who we love and how we dress don't determine our humanity.

But too many people make life harder than it should be if you are not a cis hetero Christian neurotypical male.

Housing people is cheaper than treating the effects of people being unhoused

Free school lunches are cheaper than the consequences of children being hungry

Free medical care is cheaper than the costs of people being sick

Universal Basic Income increases productivity and makes people happy
So weird how as soon as the pandemic started it became very immediately clear that things like socialized medicine and giving people money so children don’t starve actually work really well but now that it’s been a couple years we have to all pretend we didn’t notice that

I feel really hopeless about a lot of things right now. I'm trying to be positive and not bring the TL down, but I'm kind of a stressy drag.

I hope you're all taking care of yourselves. I hope the spooky season is rocking for you.

Here is a puppy tax. Did you know Cerberus shops at PetSmart?

I have never been a person to use perfumes because I'm horribly sensitive to florals.

This website made me take a risk: sucreabeille.com and I'm completely in love with most of the things I've tried so far. How can you not be with scents like, Neurospicy, Black Flame, and Pumpkin Spice Pandemic?

My plans for the new house on the other side of the field is delayed until Spring.

My TBR pile is teetering, my project pile is overflowing, and I still want to buy more of all of your awesome books. Trying to limit myself to Kindle/Audible until I get my new office set up.

Adulting is also hard

Finally snagged an invite here!

Having a DAY where my #ADHD side wants to blow up my life to try something new. My #PMDD wants be to disappear and my bank account/life needs me to get back to work.

I didn't actually quit during a bad moment earlier, so win for the day.

Chronic illness is hard.
