So, I recently visited the Swedish Army (History) Museum, and there was a video presentation about the Great Northern War, which was mostly AI generated. This is my first time seeing AI generated slop in a state run museum.

5 years ago, I made a video about the life of a Hansa merchant in the Bergen Kontor. Ever since I made that video, I really wanted to visit Bergen and see for myself the old town. Last week, I finally managed to do this, and it was amazing. I had a great time in Norway. Truly a beautiful country.

These are the percentages of total views my last 4 videos have gotten from YouTube showing the video to users (i.e. people didn't search for the video or it wasn't in their subscription feed). Guess which one of these % is from the video that talks about history of sexuality.

Also, I now got limited monetization and a community guideline strike. I remember someone recently saying that YouTube is becoming more lenient with their censorship. Maybe I pushed the line too far for them.

YouTube keeps wanting to put more midroll ads in my videos & I keep opting out. I prefer to put them in manually at points that I specifically edit in so the add isn't jarring. Plus I don't like putting extra midrolls in if I already have a sponsor spot because that just feels like double dipping.
