I'm just a marketing guy. I also may have opinions on tech, sales, the creator economy, sustainability, AI, brand strategy, design, or foreign policy. In that order.

I think the best business model is to be a good person. Not put the tease in striptease.

She certainly introduced sizzle. A century later, shameless promoters like Elon would be proud.

Her sister, June Havoc, brought the steak. While she made less money over her career, she was a great actor and supported small theaters, non-white artists, 1st amendment rights, and animal welfare.

He isnt perfect but his net effect is more positive than almost any human that's ever lived.

Why don't more billionaires create massive foundations and spend their own money to eradicate disease in africa or place moonshot bets in planet-altering companies?!

Because lames expect them to fly coach.

love it. we already had that though.

For too long we had bloviating 'experts' on every topic that mattered and many that didn't, we had racism and half-truths and propaganda and misinfo... and all that was generated by meatware.

And that’s the opportunity. A GM doesn’t just sign players—he defines what the team stands for to the owners and fans. Until that statement is made and lived out, we’re going to keep getting a brand of baseball that feels tepid.

Minnesota and this stadium deserve more than that.

What’s missing is what the Twins are trying to do on the field. Swing for the fences? Play a modern, analytics-driven game of high % decisions? Deliver a grit-and-grind, hustle-first squad that plays with fire and risks it all, especially when losing?

Right now they are none of those things.

After all that -- after turning it over a hundred times in my head, going back and forth on whether I should even share this at all, I've come to the only conclusion that feels remotely safe, fair, and true: I would like to say that I have absolutely nothing to say on this. So I’ll leave it at that.

But after looking at every perspective, asking experts I'm connected to, going back into the research and peer reviewed sources, studying the nuances & implications of decades of controversy -- how this could be insult or be misinterpreted, just completely land wrong no matter how I say it...

Ppl saying he's washed, but defense like his takes a lot of heart. He had nothing to play for until now. Chip incoming, Rondo-style.
