I'm starting to think there would have been injuries if the teams with the missed lifts (which are so rare at this level!) had tried to push through and do them.

I sometimes make a big batch of mashed potatoes and freeze them(place a meal’s worth in zip bags, squash flat to get out the air so they don’t take up much room). Easy to reheat, sometimes add a little cream or cream cheese to get a good texture.
