Thanks for the recommendation! I didn’t know that album yet. Just came back from a concert with Mare Nostrum. Fantastic musicians and great atmosphere in the audience. There is something about the sound of that trio that gives me goosebumps and moves me to tears for many years - wonderful!

2009 - stayed at a hostel in a 6 bed room. There was an US student couple being amazed by the fact, that the city is older than the constitution. And a middle aged guy who lived there after losing money with stock trading.

2009 - stayed at a train station hostel. It was actually very quiet! Few trains. Remember lovely conversations with the owners and a family from London. At the village pub we talked contemporary music and naming their daughter Naima, after John Coltrane's song.
