to this day I still think the osweiler browns trade is the only true unabashed NBA style salary dump we've ever seen in the NFL?

this is a smart thought and your proof of concept is where the steelers are right now due to their desire to never be worse than 9-8

the titans being allowed to keep the oilers branding remains the dumbest shit i have ever seen

true reminder that the only thing holding all of these separate and distinct groups of crazies together under one banner is trump's unprecedented gravity and the power vacuum when he's gone is going to be hilarious and also miserable

honestly the funniest thing about the chiefs is how they seemingly reserve their absolutely dumbest shit to use against the raiders and it works most of the time

it's going to be unreal to see the bengals unleash a gameplan entirely built out of "can he stay upright long enough to lob the football down field like a trebuchet"

this dude was processing things at dial up speed but because browns i anticipate 2023 flacco dropping bombs to chase and higgins
October 7, 2025 at 5:16 PM
the browns *really* needed flacco to tread water to avoid having to throw a rookie into anyone they play in the first six games and he just couldn't so now it's dillon gabriel against brian flores in london, no post trip bye, and a road game at pittsburgh

this has been driven in so much this year. they've won. they have everything they have ever wanted. and they are still, constantly looking for some kind of grievance to hang on to.
September 15, 2025 at 6:23 PM
the faction of the browns fanbase that wants to fire the single human being in going on thirty years who has gotten them to a standard of "they look like a functional football team on the field more often than not" is truly wild

The biggest thing with this is that Stefanski has consistently shown that he can create winning game plans with extremely mid QB as long as they are not immediately bailing and that is exactly what Shedeur is doing on every play.

(actually pretty similar to what [redacted] was doing in the offense)
