“I didn’t study math and I know there are some PhDs up here, but 316 (million) and 316 (million) appear to me to be the same number” @councilorkanal.bsky.social. The @counciloravalos.bsky.social & @councilormorillo.bsky.social amendment shifted a 2m police budget *increase* to parks. It passed!
