Pam Bondi just sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying ICE will leave if the state turns over its voter database to Trump.

Guess what? This has never been about safety or immigration. It’s a pretext for Trump to take over elections in swing states.

While I in no way condone entering a country without following proper procedures, I am failing to see how the current methods and tactics of ICE, at least as publicly available, will ultimately improve anyone's quality of life. Isn't improving quality of life the goal?

The Hegseth hearing is doing one thing incredibly well: it’s establishing that when his leadership at DoD fails, it’ll be clear that GOP Senators knew, excused it, and they own it. Serious concerns about experience & judgment are literally being laughed off.
