This is interesting, but I’d expect it’s a local-maxima spike and we’ll see triumphant anti-Bluesky stories in a week or two when things settle down a bit. Then a slow, steady climb & zero headlines when the baseline plateau is higher than the biggest peaks are now. Media don’t cover healthy growth.
