Also, the new National Security Strategy of the USA is now meaningless document. It is the basis of the US position in the Ukraine-Russia negotiations. Its about the US getting the best deal possible for Putin by putting all the pressure on democratic Ukraine.

And I give one detailed example of how the con worked; the Tomahawk missile BS. The Trump administration went to great lengths for a while to pretend there was a chance that Trump would send Ukraine these missiles--AND THERE WAS NO CHANCE AT ALL. It was a sadly effective con.
