It's nothing special, and there are plenty like this already, but I wanted to create one specifically for him.

It's one of the first side projects I've built out and officially released for anyone to use. Probably because of what it meant to get it out in the wild.

I've been searching for an app that could simplify this process for him, but haven't found one that offers the on-demand reporting features he needs. So, I've decided to build a custom solution for him myself.

He meticulously records everything, from his sleep patterns to the pain levels in his limbs, compiling it all in a massive spreadsheet. He prints it out across two landscape pages, tapes them together, and presents this homemade report to his doctor.
