Beauty through the hospital windows.

These two love it when I don’t go to work on Fridays. Me too. Coffee and dog cuddles are a good soul restorative after a week of hard/meaningful work.

There are a lot of beautiful things growing in the world; I want to notice, celebrate, and BE funky beauty that thrives in unlikely places.

Can we normalize feeling overwhelmed? Tonight, the response is a cheesy Netflix movie with my also-overwhelmed daughter and Mastiff support dogs.
