I shared a link to a case in Gaston to a prominent Black woman who writes for ESSENCE magazine when she noted that this executive order makes child sexual abuse legal.
That means that the Lexington solicitor will be mandated to drop that criminal case. I am livid right now.

Exactly. Cops aren't breaking the law by shooting the bad guys. ICE are blatantly committing multiple criminal acts.
But the families of ICE agents can try to sue that it was "excessive" to shoot their idiot son in the face as he was trying to kidnap and traffic American citizens. And they'll lose.
