Actually….to be inadmissible you don’t need a conviction, only an admission of guilt…anyways…a presidential pardon certainly won’t work for state crimes.

Correct. I believe there is an argument that it doesn’t waive things that are grounds of inadmissibility and not removability like drug possession but I’ve never had a client who received a pardon so haven’t done that deeply into it.

So, the NFL works like every other org that has an employee that does a dispicable thing...except the Inquirer. I don't know anything about Azeez, but jumping to a conclusion about his motives doesn't seem fair. On reflection he may be truly sorry. He should still be suspended.
