So it wouldn’t apply to a lot of peoples goals. I do still lift like I’m playing, but mainly because it works for me and I don’t know any better lol.

It would be nice if there was decent info available for free out there.. or at least a good resource that let you sort facts from broscience.. I got lucky and from playing football had free access to some really great professionals - but everything I learned is towards a very restrictive focus..
