Precedent exists (Urgenda 2019, etc.), so I am genuinely curious to see if this climate case holds water… any examples in U.S.?

Literally gagging at this.

Whether 15, 8, or 5, they are all CHILDREN. A 15-year-old is not "barely legal" - she is a CHILD. Not legal. Not OK. Pre-pubescent or post-pubescent, they are all children. Do not normalize this.
Megyn Kelly: "I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person's view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn't into like 8 year olds…There's a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old."

WATCH: If you REALLY want to understand a BIG reason why cycling [aka riding a bike] is so dangerous in North America, and one of the biggest villains in the origin story of our unsafe status quo, invest some time watching this one, by NOT JUST BIKES (aka @theurbanistagenda.com here). Then share it.

Every major news agency needs to air the Epstein vote.
Live.
Hold elected officials to account.
BREAKING: Rep. Adelita Grijalva signs the Epstein discharge petition, serving as the 218th vote to force the bill to the floor for a full vote of the House.

One of my fondest memories is being called a ‘nutty professor’ on Twitter for my February 16, 2016 Virginian Pilot article entitled “Congressman should lead on climate”.

Then watching voters elect Elaine Luria to Congress in 2018. #VA02

(Article is no longer available, but I have receipts).

Rules for thee but not for me (or my rich friends).
The "he" is in quotation marks because as Trump admitted in re: the Binance founder, he doesn't know anything about some of them. Is Ed Whelan, the DOJ pardon attorney, freelancing? For example, how did this fellow get to the President's desk?

Here’s to you, Edmund Fitzgerald…. 🫡
Few ships in Great Lakes history are as legendary as the Edmund Fitzgerald, especially across Northern Ohio, which was home to nearly half the 29 seamen who went down with the lake freighter in a fierce storm 50 years ago today – Nov. 10, 1975.
Fifty years later, the legend of the Edmund Fitzgerald lives on
The crew of the ill-fated Edmund Fitzgerald included seven men from Northeast Ohio who went down with the ship in a wicked storm on Lake Superior.
