I pulled out ginger oil and wormwood patches to help my knees and ankles while I stay wrapped up in the heating blanket as much as possible.

We had 60F and sunshine yesterday, and we're expecting a few inches of slush and snow tonight. My sinuses and joints are not pleasant today.

My twin 17yos work in food service. Their favorite thing to do after a shift is to tell us about the nice person/people who came through, said "please" and "thank you," and treated the staff well.
