Ngl, as much of a “throwing away free money” as it would have been to stop supporting the Steam Deck, I had VERY strong doubts about Steam’s long-term support when it was announced. More than not, I expected a strong release, zero follow-up support, and then a phase out, purely because it’s Valve.

Yeah, the poeticism really messes with my frustration.

If it makes you feel any better, we saw the Beetlejuice musical and a few weeks later found a bed bug in the bag that (still) contained our poster and I haven’t mentally recovered since.

We set one of these up on the porch this year, with its hand raised a little. I hung out off to the side to tell kids “take a couple pieces!”

Pretty sure one kid didn’t notice me and thought the skeleton had said it, because immediately after, the kid *high-fived the skeleton* and took more candy 😂
