in a sense, asa really is increasingly written out of the story "chainsaw man". asa is given no place in the struggle. denji comes to see yoru - a symbol - as the only entity there is, over asa the person, even though he despaired over others treating him the same wrt chainsaw man

My current guess is that the "thing that is so bad she can't speak about it" is Yoru using her own body for sex. To a survivor like her, having that happen for the third time, knowing it's coming? That's one of the most horrific feelings for a person to experience. There's no words for it.
