Happy Thanksgiving! Cherish the "cousin walk" if you go on one this year, or if you have memories of walks past. I never went on such a walk, but it seems like it would have been a good time. Closest I have is at 15 having a sip of one cousin's Goldschlager and getting ratted out. Grounded 2 weeks!

Christmas tree shopping? Helpful hint: trees are big, whether real or artificial. Maybe don't have your trunk loaded down like you're the frakkin' Beverly Hillbillies when you go. The person helping you load it into your vehicle has other stuff to do, and baby, it's cold outside.

Only one on here I will NOT eat: asparagus, aka "poop carrot".
Many on this list I will avoid but might suffer thru to be polite, and many are situational to their preparation. Plain olives, yuck. Cooked olives on pizza, a'ight.

This kind of thing is probably going to increase. Some employers already think they can get away with more than they actually can. Remember this and teach it to young'ns entering the workforce: If you have to be there, you have to be paid. Even if it's just a meeting and somebody brought donuts.
