That's not for debate either.
The omission of "how much" plutonium-239 and explaining the process in a fearful fashion is quite malicious.
This type of news is where low-trust environments propagate from. There will never be a retraction, because nuclear + CIA + cool UI = clicks.

To me, they seem like hamster wheels whose strategic purpose of being a joint mil relationship tool has produced almost nothing of worth.
Like I know why they exist but when AARs are produced from these, how can anything positive be written? Like what was learned, taught vs the last year?
