Dental updates!
I don't need implants yet - I'm getting a gum graft and bone graft first, followed by a splint on the back of the teeth to keep them from moving. Yay!
She referred me to an ENT but wasn't clear why, so that Dr and I decided we wouldn't do anything until he spoke to her.

is anyone actively putting together a bot ban list? the bot issue has become especially bad
bots are becoming a bigger thing on this platform now. not as bad as twitter, but it’s a shame that no matter what, we’re forced into experiencing the internet technological rot that infests online spaces now

I just realized that another wonderful thing about this platform is the lack of ads. I still open FB regularly, but now include Bluesky in my routine. The blessed lack of "sponsored" content here is so refreshing. 😩
