Great day at work, especially hearing @drclarabarker.bsky.social speak. As someone who’s LGBTQIA+ and alternative in STEM, her talk really hit home. It was a reminder that we belong, that representation matters, and that showing up is an act of resistance. Left feeling inspired. #EDI #Women #LGBTQIA
