The information in this video really explains why the pipeline (if it actually gets built) would be a boon to Canada, as it would reduce the CO2 emissions from mining oil and gas to ZERO! Yes burning the oil remains an issue, but there is still a market for it, and jobs. I skipped 5-7 min at start.
