My air conditioner is broken. It’s 86 in my house. So instead of hopping on my bike or treadmill, I’m doing yoga classes. I sweat too much for that too. I can’t wait until my ac is repaired 🥵

Mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, beets and mustard. I grew up and the texture of mushrooms were no longer a slimy weird texture issue. Brussels sprouts were bred to be less bitter. Beets are cool now

I bought new running shoes and I am unsure about them. I kinda love the rocker heel but the mid support feels too firm until a couple miles in. Then it’s just right. I guess they can stay. My normal shoe is Brooks Adrenaline GTS. The new shoe is Saucony Guide.
