Today, I spoke in favor of my wife's, Rep Zooey Zephyr's, bill. HB798 would remove the ban on gay marriage in Montana, an outdated piece of code that hangs over all LGBTQ+ people's head.

We love like everyone else. We have families like everyone else.

Lets put this dark time in history behind us.

I continue to speak out against every bill that attempts to remove trans people from public life. And I will continue to do so for as long as I draw breath.

I hope one day the government will leave my people alone.

Very proud to announce the Department of Health will now process all requests to change gender designation on birth certificates within three business days. Previously, there was as much as a 10 month wait.

Major breaking trans news: The States of Washington, Minnesota, and Oregon have sued the Trump administration to block it from enforcing a national gender affirming care ban for those under 19 years of age.

This is the second major lawsuit over Trump's trans ban EO.
