If you find yourself doomscrolling too much and everything depresses you, take up a hobby that doesn't involve a phone or computer. In my case, it's knitting a complicated cable pattern for a sweater.

Looks like PA isn't gonna let me get the RSV or COVID vaccine...cool.

I don't have any underlying conditions (that I know of.) I have had COVID twice. The last booster I got was late last year I think.
