I just wanted a peaceful life in a little house with my pets and partner. Now I’m in some alternative hell and have to fight Nazis. I wanted Zombies! But no! Can’t have anything fun or creative. Just a horribly cast off broadway rendition of Nazi Germany.
If you have a grill or moveable fire pit bring it inside. You may need to use it to heat your home in a pinch. Clear a large area around it and make sure it's not on carpet or anything flammable. Doubles as a way to stay warm and cook something. Be careful if you travel, drive under the limit.

Wrote a piece for @slate.com explaining that states have a long history of prosecuting federal officers when they allegedly use excessive force. Federal officers are only immune from such prosecutions when they act reasonably in carrying out lawful duties.
