It’s marked as adult content as are some of my figure drawings. I can click the label and see my drawings but that doesn’t seem to work with other people’s drawings. Any ideas on how I can see this?

Hard to get details with oil pastel when working that small.

They are always disappointed to learn that I use whatever paper I get (sometimes cheap newsprint but today a cheap sketchbook from Nepal or India) and lately cheap oil pastels that kindergarten kids in Japan use instead of crayons.

My idea was not a success, & much later I added the colour it needed. The atmosphere in it reminded me of John Everett Millais’s painting of Ophelia, so the title is a tribute. At 105magallery until April 26. #art

These are all major achievements for a show in a small gallery in an industrial city!

- Two people from the municipal art museum were surprised (just like everyone else) that most of art is coloured pencil and they walked around, making sounds that suggest they were pleased with what they saw.
- People are sending their friends to see the show.

- Local business staff and owners have also strolled in. Some regularly check out the exhibitions I think; others said they don’t usually enter the gallery because the work is often dark but the bright colours of my drawings made them want to get a closer look.
