I doubt it. There's a very active train line on that bridge you can hear in the video that I think is going to make way more noise than the cobblestones, but I don't live down there and couldn't afford to in a million years so I don't know for sure

Good question. The left is preferred here by the DOT. I think their logic is that it's easier for drivers to see back down the bike lane at intersections along their own mirror than along the passenger side mirror. Also reduces conflicts with buses which traditionally are on the right
