Tbf that last point isn't true, they've decided that if we're sufficiently masc they can *also* ban us from the women's toilets, so trans guys are basically expected to use a disabled loo or stay home and be mad at ourselves for *checks notes* wanting to be ourselves I guess?

It's amazing how he delved into the issues and dealt with the actual legal issues we're discussing from a sensible and sane direction that acknowledges the existence of trans people, rather than just spewing hatred everywhere.

I'm unconvinced that this is exactly the way but it's certainly a great first step.

I'm unsure what the legal remedy available would be in this instance as the appeal is on the basis of improper conduct during the case.
