since every single elected or official Dem leader is absolutely floundering right now, at least some people are stepping up to offer concrete steps…good lord

What started the LA fires? We don't know yet, but past research indicates there's reason to suspect power line failures.
In the last 20 years, SoCal has seen ~five times more area burn due to power line failure–ignited Santa Ana fires than in the previous 20 years.
