Donated at @americanredcross.bsky.social yesterday, it was my first time donating platelets! It was a pleasant experience, definitely will do it again to help out.

You still have time to achieve that “just turned in my absentee ballot” feeling! Use one of the three #Saline drop boxes to return your ballot today and select the next #SalineCityCouncil members. Drop boxes are located in the city hall lobby, the city hall parking lot and behind Comerica bank.

That feeling when you realize it’s the Saturday before the election and you still haven’t turned in your absentee ballot. But don’t worry! Saline City Hall has special hours today so you can drop off your ballot, register to vote, or pick up a ballot from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Anyone still holding onto their absentee ballot? Now is a good time to make a plan to get it dropped off before November 4th. At this point it’s better to drop it off (if possible) to make sure it doesn’t encounter any delays at the post office that make you miss the deadline!

Had a great time canvassing this afternoon with fellow #SalineCityCouncil candidate, Matthew Aungst! We’ll be out again next weekend. If you see us in your neighborhood please feel free to say hello. If you want us to come to your neighborhood, send me a message!

Thanks to @runforsomething.net for inviting me to Great Lakes Political Academy - Leadership, Education, and Development’s drag queen bingo! I had a great time and the performance was amazing.

This past weekend I had the honor of attending the Fight Like Hell PAC Candidate training. In addition to getting to meet Gretchen Whitmer and learn about running for office from her, it was also a great opportunity to meet fellow candidates from across the Midwest.

Take some time this weekend to check out Oktoberfest in #Saline! I volunteered tonight and I’ll be volunteering again tomorrow afternoon. After I watch the wiener dog races, of course!

Let’s play a game - what #Saline landmark is this Miri Weidner for #SalineCityCouncil bag hanging on? Put your guesses in the comments!

Yard signs are in - send me a message if you’d like to show your support by displaying a yard sign. I’d be happy to bring one out!

I had so much fun meeting voters at the Saline Community Fair that I decided to keep the fun going with a stop in the lovely Wildwood subdivision! I met more great people and had a chance to hear more from the community on the issues that matter most to them.
