They are constant changes in the product, which means most users end up feeling unsure that they did the right thing.
I’ve been on leave for a few months already, and I kinda dread having to figure out things all over again. And I’ve migrated an old DB to Sharepoint lists, relational DB style.

Absolutely!
Though sometimes, the deed of gift is peculiar, and money is also given for processing, and it’s a tiny part of a very valiable collection.
I don’t deal with donors much, but they can be very peculiar. Legislation can come into it to if they was a tax receipt for the donation.
*sigh*
