It’s interesting to read first novels to get a ✨glimpse✨of how far legends have come. This one has… y’all quite a number of no-no’s that King has posted in his memoir not to do but what amazes me about it, as I read through this, the HEART behind the story is still, truly, King. That’s fucking cool.

Been gone a while to recover from surgery!! An aggressive autoimmune condition took all my hearing on my left side and we put in a cochlear implant so I can hear again. Still dealing with pain and pressure, but i’m looking forward to a new chapter 💕

We visited Hemingway’s house. I’m not even a fan of his work, but he’s a spectacle, so why not?
His writing room was separate from the main house, only accessible from his bedroom balcony. His own little refuge where he lost track of time.

Been fighting my autoimmune disease for 5 days at a hospital. I’m out and back at work, but exhausted.
Behçet’s disease. Took two months of pain and dehydration for them to get to the root of it. Lucky me!!
