An art group I'm in has been told "nothing political" by the organizer. The last group show we did was before the election.... so I'm wondering how to bring it up for this season. I get where she might be coming from...in our area it could be dangerous. But I don't think voices should be silenced.

Meanwhile Trump's tariffs will make those imports more $$, costing those GOP consumers and shuttering the shops, with the long term goal of reindustrializing the US so that our $ stays in our domestic/local economy.

Day 1: patterning. This idea sprung from a friend's description of a piece she has but would like to see it "in my version." Working on the loom requires a heck of a lot more planning than on the sewing machine, so I'm playing with paper to determine how long I want to make this.

Great article. I wish someone older had edited it for this superb author. Did anyone else pick up on the false parallel to September 11? Author must be too young to know that 911 emergency calls didn't exist at that time.

We renovated an entire rental house with Costco flooring, lighting, fixtures and even some furniture. Once I figured out that it's great quality, it was the first place we looked and SO easy!

Still...Dems trying to play fair and reasonable in a sandbox full of snakes hasn't boded well.

Thanks. I think they blocked me because I can't respond. But I did remove my quote in the repost. Thanks for the heads up. I was pretty sarcastic...not my best form. I'm just so sick of that narrative. It has led to the worst option for the Palestinian people. The irony breaks my heart.

Clearly he's in cahoots w/ Trump & it was just a grand political plan to plow Gaza into a Trump golf course. It's a Biden crime family investment. In "fact"...this whole multi-generational Israel Palestine conflict is a ruse. They get along great. Bibi and Hamas are innocent victims. 🤦🏼
