Thank you for sharing. Grief is such a brutiful emotion. It’s both beautiful and brutal. It reminds us of how precious and how universal it is. I hope we share our grief more and relearn to stay with the discomfort that comes up in supporting others. May we build our tolerance for discomfort. ❤️

Oooh very possible. I think lots of people want to just stay “right” which means others have to be “wrong”. I also don’t think we allow people to change enough. We like to keep people in a box. There’s safety in that.
