Democracy has always been the great myth of America so that you don't simply take the history books literally and see that Revolutionary War achieved in 8 years what we haven't been able to do in 235 years since, except for 4 years when we fought another war to patch a vulnerability.
Nothing to see here; just the president of what is supposed to be the world's most democratic country wants you to know that he intends to change election rules so that his party can secure more seats.
