Interestingly, that's what I encountered as well. I think it has to do with your own energy: if you show up authentically, you'll attract the right people.

I feel it comes down to doing things others aren't doing. Or at least doing things in your own way so that it stands out to your ICP.

I feel so too! And it's so pleasurable to have things your way.
Yes, I've played with some CMS to explore a bit. Also WordPress. But it never took long to get to the limits and come to a point where something was missing.

At least yours said it. I had it yesterday that mine insisted on the name of a twig block I wanted to override from a package.
I ended up diving into the source code of the package to see for myself - would have saved me at least 20min if I'd done that in the first place lol.
