i just deplore the ones who are building IKEA-like homes out of particle board and nasty off-gassing shit that a butterfly's breath could topple over. all the builders striving for healthier, weather-resistant, noise-resistant, and highly energy efficient homes i am so all for!!! 💪💪💪

apologies in advance for not knowing if you're posting this ironically 🙏 but there are some really stellar offsite companies building great homes w amazing energy efficiencies & lower overall building costs. (imo).
