After a talk I was accused of encouraging individual action against systemic change, and it was so frustrating to respond to. This thread does a good job offering a response to this kind of thinking.

This week, I’ve once again heard prominent climate researchers dismiss individual action as either irrelevant or a distraction instigated by the fossil fuel industry.
