Yeah, 1 - S rating which is determined by the state of the car you're buying. S is "As New" 1 is "Very Poor Condition".

I've unfortunately had to shrink down the world which excludes visiting quaint old Kagoshima. Though trying to skirt around the main attractions with more interesting choices like scenic Yamanashi lake.
