Can imagine, seriously appreciate it though. As a developer it is getting too easy to justify Gen AI. The loss of human artistry absolutely should affect a games score.

It's definitely a casual term, mainly used by the Americans. Head Honcho - specifically refers to the boss. A little bit like the "Top Dog" so to speak.

Yes it reads Hanchô. "Honcho" is an English term derived from the term Hanchô. Using Honcho helps for search and understanding in English language territories as Hanchô isn't understood there.
