And levels remaining flat don't help when positivity is so high already, as in Cumbria, Durham, Sunderland.

I know crutches make me slightly wider but I am always willing to wait or position myself sideways whilst people pass. And it’s phrased as if I don’t know how to safely use them on stairs when I’m perfectly competent…
