At the end of the day there is no way to have a billion dollar net worth without, at absolute best, committing wage theft from tens of thousands of people every second of every day for an extended period of time and being totally fine with having done that.

Numbers tattle on the lot of them.

A thing of beauty

You see I have been LYING to you since the first post. There is a CHEESE LAYER. Did you really think I was making the whitest casserole you have ever seen and it wouldnt involve cheese? You fool. Rube. I have PLAYED you for a SAP.

Back into the broiler one last time.

Finally a layer of garlic herb mashed potatoes. I used skin on red potatoes because that sounded good in my head.

then into the broiler it goes... for the first broil.

Hot dogs are added to the rice next. You need to understand: the hot dogs are a key component of my nostalgia and therefor are non negotiable.

I ran them through the air fryer first for improved texture.

First layer is the rice layer. Instead of plain rice like my mom used to use, I cooked the rice in beef stock to get a little more flavor involved.
